Come in Baião and Régua, on a steep slope in front of the Douro River, you will find a rural property where silence, tranquility and the encounter with nature are ex-libris. We believe that after your stay at Quinta das Quintãs you will have increased strength to return to your daily life. Our property, in the same family for over 100 years, has 30 hectares, which are divided into forest, vineyards, orchards and pastures. As a result of the owner's passion for animals, the farm has a surprising wide variety of animals, with which our guests can interact during their stay. For the accommodation of its guests, the house has 5 bedrooms with capacity for 2 people, 2 T0 studios with capacity for 2 people. for 2 people, 2 T1 houses with capacity for 4 people and 2 T2 houses with capacity for 6 people. On the property there is an indoor spa and an outdoor spa that delight those who visit us. Children are delighted to spend time with animals and playing in the children's park.
The History of the Quintãs
Quinta das Quintãs and SPA, manor house, founded at the beginning of the 20th century (1904), as Casa das Quintãs, emblazoned with Azeredo Leme and Bandeira Subágua, was completely rebuilt beginning in 2001, in order to provide conditions for comfort and quality equipment, while maintaining the characteristics and atmosphere of the region and the time.

Located in the parish of S. Tomé de Covelas in the municipality of Baião, Quinta das Quintãs is located next to the Douro River, which is the main factor behind such a special landscape. The vineyards and terraces, so typical of this region, surround the farm, which allows you to make trails on foot, by motorcycle or even mountain biking, always with an idyllic landscape to the sound of nature.
