The House of Quintãs, a manor house type, was founded in the beginning of the 20th century (1904), with coat of arms of Azeredo Leme and Bandeira Subágua, was totally rebuilt, in order to provide good comfort and quality materials and equipments maintaining, however, both the typical characteristics and atmosphere from the region at that time. So being, the manor is provided with 5 bedrooms for 2 people, 2 cottages T1 for 4 people and 1 cottage T2 for 6 people :
- 3 double twin bedrooms with two individual beds and private WC;
- 2 double bedrooms with private WC;
- 1 cottage T2 with a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a WC.
- 2 cottages T1 with a double bedroom and double couch in the living room, a kitchenette and a WC.
